Abstract
Based on an analysis of the compositional and narrative features of Alla Tsivchynska’s memoir-novel “Unforgettable, Unfading,” this article reveals the distinctive features of women’s biographical writing. It focuses on aspects such as: the thematic specificity of women’s biographical works, the use of heterodiegetic narration in the course of depicting personal history, and the fragmentary structure of the work as a principle of composing memoirs in the novel.
